Introduction
Data protection is of the highest priority for Future Advice GmbH. Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection provisions (nDSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data.

When you visit our website or use our services, the data generated during your visit is also collected and processed. The following privacy policy provides basic information about what data Future Advice processes, for what purposes, and on what legal basis.
Scope
Please read the privacy policy carefully. By accessing the website of Future Advice GmbH (future-advice.ch; hereinafter the “website”) and using our services, you declare that you have understood and agree to the following terms regarding access to the website (hereinafter the “terms”) in connection with the website. Privacy policy for SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
What information do we collect and for what purpose?
Visit to the website
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps service. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in, or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want your data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right. Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by Google, as well as further information on your related rights and settings options for the protection of your privacy, can be found at: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the party responsible for data processing on this website is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, then Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are hereinafter referred to as “Google.”
Using the statistics obtained, we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in the settings there under “My Data,” “Personal Data.” The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code “_anonymizeIp();” to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses. As a result, IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, making it impossible to associate them with any individual. To the extent that the data collected about you has a personal reference, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide further services related to website usage and internet usage to the website operator. Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: Deactivate Google Analytics. In addition, you can also prevent the use of Google Analytics by clicking on this link: Deactivate Google Analytics. This will store a so-called opt-out cookie on your device, which prevents the processing of personal data by Google Analytics. Please note that if you delete all cookies on your device, these opt-out cookies will also be deleted, meaning you will need to set the opt-out cookies again if you wish to continue preventing this form of data collection. The opt-out cookies are set per browser and computer/device and must therefore be activated separately for each browser, computer or other device.
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags via an interface, enabling us to integrate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offering. The Tag Manager itself, which implements the tags, does not process any personal data of users. With regard to the processing of users’ personal data, reference is made to the following information on Google services. Terms of use: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html
Social Media Plugins
Social media plugins from Facebook and LinkedIn are integrated on various pages of the Future Advice GmbH website, and references to these social networks are provided. The social media plugins and references are identified by the respective icons of the networks. When accessing a social media network via a plugin or reference, a direct connection is established with the server of the social media provider. Facebook and LinkedIn record the respective website from which their services were accessed. If a user of the Future Advice website is registered with one of the providers and is logged in at that time, the visit to the website can be linked to their user account. The social media providers Facebook and LinkedIn do not provide information about what specific information is collected during the use of their plugins. Future Advice therefore has no knowledge of the content, scope and use of the data collected by Facebook and LinkedIn. Users can find further information on this in the privacy policies of the social media providers. The relevant privacy policies of the social media networks used by Future Advice can be found at the following links:
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/?entry_point=data_policy_redirect&entry=0
LinkedIn: https://de.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy?
Users who do not consent to the collection of personal data on the Future Advice websites by a social media provider can deactivate the plugins in their browser. To avoid a connection being established with an existing user account, users must log out before visiting the Future Advice website.
WhatsApp Business Chat
WhatsApp is an instant messaging service. WhatsApp stores the information that users share via the app. This includes, for example, messages or images.
However, WhatsApp emphasizes that all of this data is stored in encrypted form. This should theoretically prevent the company from having access to the data. Images and videos are temporarily cached and then deleted according to WhatsApp. Messages are only retained by the app until delivery to the recipient and deleted afterwards. If a message cannot be delivered within 30 days, it will also be deleted.
However, WhatsApp collects and processes metadata in unencrypted form. This includes, for example, phone number, location information, IP address, device information, app usage patterns and the times at which messages are sent. In its terms and conditions, WhatsApp states that collected data may be shared with its parent company Facebook in the USA. In addition, the company reserves the right to share data with external companies, service providers and partners.
